Our goal is to provide our SBEC cohort clients with mentorship and coaching that will help them grow their businesses beyond the levels that the existing management could have achieved on their own.
The SBEC provides each of our cohort clients with a Lead Mentor who conducts monthly progress meetings and assists with goal setting. Lead mentors also assist in connecting clients with available SBEC resources such as specialist mentors.
Our mentor program focuses on helping each business build sustainable revenue, including guidance in areas such as business development strategy and better cash flow management.
With rolling Cohort classes, the SBEC serves up to 20 Incubator and 10 Accelerator clients annually. Cohort companies reflect a diverse portfolio of business, from consumer packaged goods to professional services to clean technology.
SBEC mentors companies via our Cohort Program. Incubator and Accelerator companies form their own support community. They meet each month to share best practices, discuss goals & accomplishments and participate in educational workshops.
