Silvia Van Dusen

Silvia Van Dusen holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from LaVerne University and Master’s in Psychology with emphasis in Industrial Psychology from Walden University.  Her last HR role was as Vice President of Human Resources with LISI Aerospace, a division of the LISI GROUP based out of France.  In this role she had responsibility for all of HR, Risk, Health, Safety, and Environmental for the US companies.  She worked in many global HR projects including the development and implementation of a Learning Institute and global Risk System implementation. Some of her prior employers include Cristek Interconnects, East West Bank, GNB Technologies, and Pall Corporation.

Silvia is focusing her HR Consulting career in helping organizations to set strategic HR direction, manage talent, merger & acquisition planning, execution and integration, culture development, and executive coaching.  Her most recent clients include LISI Medical, Primary Capital Mortgage, Alpine Electronics, LISI Aerospace, and Gaviña Coffee.

Silvia has a passion for healthy living and philanthropy.  In addition to her business accomplishments, Silvia has been community contributor.  Her charity work has included being a business mentor for emancipated foster children, Board Member at Friendship Shelter in Laguna Beach, and most recently Board Member for Palos Verdes Women’s Club.
