Eliot Swartz is the Founder and President of Kitchen Culture Inc. A consultant company that works with clients in obtaining growth in the retail food category and with restaurateurs in developing products to take to market. Eliot has experience in business growth and strategic planning, enteprenuerial culture development, manufacturing facility evaluations as well as manufactiuring process improvement for the food industry. Eliot cofounded and was co-chairman of Two Chefs On A Roll (TCOR). A company, which was started with $7000 dollars, was built into a multi million-dollar enterprise. Eliot is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute Of America in Hyde Park NY.
