The Trim Tart is a scratch kitchen making the lives of our customers sweeter with outstanding pastries and highly decorated cakes using the highest quality ingredients available.

The Trim Tart focuses on beautifully decorated cakes, with special attention to vegan and gluten-free cakes that taste just like their traditional counterparts. Often times, those with dietary needs are subjected to sub-par celebration cake options that are not highly styled or decorated. The Trim Tart has made hundreds of cakes for customers with specific dietary needs and allergies, and can create something wonderful for even the most complicated needs. The Trim Tart’s new location will focus on high-end coffee, pastries, cookies, pre-decorated cakes (for pick-up) and special order cakes, both in the traditional and specialty veins.
