SmartCSM was conceived in 2011 by a 3rd generation commercial electrical contractor who was repeatedly hired to map & trace the same fuse panel for a major defense contractor over a 2 year period. He realized that there was no digital repository for the As-Built drawings he was handing in. Ultimately, this has a major cost to companies in ways they were not accounting for including catastrophic unintentional system shut-downs, costly work stoppages, additional maintenance and construction costs, OSHA compliance failures and more.
Over the last 4 years we have built SmartCSM into a SaaS powerhouse and now have a product that companies like Raytheon & DHL are utilizing. Our ideal customer is a commercial facility over 10,000 sq. ft., a City that wants to keep track of its infrastructure or a commercial electrical contractor that wants to increase business, create better customer relationships and gain a competitive advantage in the bidding process.
